From: "Susan M. Garrett" Subject: FOREVER NOT story challenge **** STORY CHALLENGE**** We were hoping to wait until after the announcement that a third season was set in stone before proceeding with this, but with a war impending (Good luck Karin and Jennise!), we wanted to give you something to chew on during the repeat season and to keep the saber rattling to a minimum. So . . . . Sharon H. and Jude Wilson were at my kitchen table discussing FK while I was in the shower. When I emerged, squeaky clean, I was asked how I thought FK should end. It was a bit of a blow, just having gotten out of the shower and all, but I bluffed my way through, asking, "You mean, how the season should end?" "No," they answered, "how the SERIES would end, if it wasn't renewed and you could write the last episode." How indeed! We decided that this would be a smashing story challenge. And here it is. If this show became FOREVER NOT and wasn't renewed, how do you think it should or could end? How would you resolve the outstanding loose threads? What would happen to the characters? Please answer the challenge with fiction, as always--either a story or script or scene that would serve as or in a final episode. This means you can do anything from the most logical to the most outrageous what-if your devious little minds can produce. And please don't take this topic to ForKni-L . . . this is story challenge, after all. Post your ideas, stories, scripts, scenes, or vignettes at will. Please try to get all posting done by March 31st, so we don't conflict with the war. And mention right up front that this is part of the FOREVER NOT story challenge. We wouldn't want to scare anyone, would we? Regards SusanG2522@aol.com Faithful Ravenette. P.S. Sharon talked me into posting this now . . . .
