Too Many Challenges

They keep on coming, hard and fast-      |       Baby, if that doesn't
It seems that I'll be never done;              |       count as a best worst
But then, the answer came at last,          |       first line, I don't know
"Hey, I can do them all in one!"             |       what does!  ;)

If you pine for heroines
then I've got two to please!
Think: Alyce and Alexandra
Pulling a Thelma and Louise.

But if you wish they only knew
or think they ever might
then think on this and shudder:
"Vampire Shuttles - just a pint!"

Wonder why the Knighties sigh
and tape all that they can?
"'Cause every girl's crazy
'bout a sharp dressed man."

And I'm sure *some* vampire must
Have soothed Cleopatra, 'tween palm stalks:
"Look, my dear, put down the snake
And we'll have a little talk."

Nick searched the loft from dawn to dusk;
At last the doorbell rang.
The batteries came by truck - alas,
No bunnies with cute fangs.

Nat discovered Nick's addiction
Was not to blood at all -
Too late!  It was the scanty negligee;
He couldn't wait 'till fall.

Whew!  Still reading?  I'm impressed.  Just for thoroughness' sake, the
challenges were: Best Worst First Line, Heroine, If They Only Knew, Song
(Sharp Dressed Man, by ZZ Top), Snake, Dawn to Dusk, and Forever Not.  I
wasn't sure about the rules of the heroine challenge, so I apologize if
my form isn't correct.  I did explicitly go against the rules of the song
challenge, but hey, anything for a cheap laugh.  :)
