Does it matter? So he flies and coldly sees the world below. So many thoughts, so much old pain, of hate, betrayal, a trace of love? Of his companions he thinks again, hardens his heart and circles above. Part II The music blares and the dancers swirl, She sits alone in a crowded space Drinking "wine" she contemplates, a vacant look on a lovely face. Memories of dances gone before of lovers..ah, but she knows the one she'd like to see come through that door is questing off to find the sun. Part III He paints in yellows, and fiery reds of images from a distant past. In a warehouse blocked from the morning's rays, he paints his suns and tries to fast. A mortal's face comes to his mind. Intense emotions start to stir. He thinks about the years behind, but once again he thinks of her. Part IV She works with care and graceful skill at a job few others contemplate. In a room of death, she works and will find the cause that closed their fate. In a darkened building, still as night she thinks of a soul, a man apart, from life .. but love? For him she fights, and thinks with her mind and not her heart.
